‘Loving God with all Your mind’ Bible study
Do you ever stay awake at night pondering the "what ifs" or "if onlys"? Do you get consumed by anxiety over kids, work and the world? EFree’s Women’s Ministry invites you to join a group of ladies this fall as they explore "Loving God with All Your Mind." Facilitated by Jan Filkins and using a book by Elizabeth George, the study will help women seek to bring glory to God in their thoughts and emotions. The group will meet Monday evenings from 6:00-7:30 pm, Oct 26th to Nov 30th. Books will be available at no cost to participants. Sign up by Oct 11th. ‘Shop around the block’ Together
Women are invited to attend Carthage’s Shop Around the Block event. A group will leave the church at 9:30am and meet up with other EFree gals at Mahoney’s in Carthage at 10:00 am to grab coffee to go before heading out to shop together. The group will break for lunch at a restaurant.
Invite your friends! Moms and grandmas, feel free to bring your daughters or granddaughters (kids need to have an adult with them). Sign up in the foyer if you’d like to come! Let us know whether you plan to ride with the group or meet in Carthage. Sign up in the chuch foyer or by calling 319-524-1090.
